Robb Waters is a character and creature artist that worked on Bioshock and Bioshock Infinite. He is responsible for some of the most loved (and hated) things in the Bioshock universe. He was the person that gave the world its first glimpse of the big daddy and little sister, which you can see in the first picture, as well as the imposing songbird. If Scott Sinclair was one of the big driving forces behind the look of Bioshock, Robb Waters is the person that helped populate that world with memorable characters and interesting items. His site is filled with tons of good stuff! http://www.robbwatersart.com/
Scott Sinclair is one of the main people behind Raptures look and feel. He was the Art Director for Bioshock and came in to replace Nate Wells after he left, as the Art Director For Bioshock Infinite. He designed the statue of Atlas in the Kashmir, which you can see in the first picture. To quote Ken Levine, ” Without Scott, there is no Bioshock style”. The last picture is really interesting. It shows a different layout of the Town Center area of Infinite, starting from the left (where you exited the Welcome Center) to the right (Lottery Park).
Kat Nicole Berkley is a concept artist and illustrator that has worked on both Buried at Sea dlcs. You see the rest of her work here. http://katnicolebconcepts.com/
Chad LaClair is a Senior level artist that worked on Infinite and Buried at Sea as well as the second part of the amazing 2011 E3 demo. He designed initial layouts and environmental storytelling as well as setup the lighting and atmosphere and even the final polish and performance of many levels. Here is his page. http://www.chadlaclair.com/

Heavy Hitters: Handyman by Robb Waters
"The challenge of designing a class of unique, standout antagonists for the world of Columbia was a long road but in the end these characters are some of my favorite all time creations."
Set Pieces by Robb Waters
"Fleshing out the world with it’s own unique advertisements and products has always been a really, enjoyable part of the Bioshock series."
